RLS 701 - Can Church And Politics Mix

How come church and politics don't mix. Do you vote based on the candidates religious values or their promises. Should you pastor tell you who to vote for. Why not, they instruct you on everything else. Can pastors be politicians. Do you vote along your party lines.
